Reiki for Easing Water Fears

If you’ve ever felt nervous, tense, or even afraid of the water, you’re not alone. For many people, the thought of getting into a pool can bring up old memories, body tension, or anxiety. That’s why I offer gentle Reiki sessions to help you feel calmer and more grounded before we step into the water.

Many people find that when the nervous system settles, it becomes much easier to approach the water with curiosity instead of fear.

Reiki is a soothing energy practice that can help:

Retreat & Event Facilitation

I partner with retreat leaders, wellness spaces, and private event hosts to offer guided water experiences that invite participants into calm, connection, and a deeper relationship with the water.

These sessions are designed to be accessible to all levels, including beginners and those who may feel nervous in the water. By combining gentle swim guidance with nervous system regulation and mindfulness based practices, the water becomes a space for grounding, restoration, and transformation.

Each experience is designed to meet the energy of the group and the setting, whether that means slow floating and gentle movement in the water or a more active swim session that energizes and reconnects participants with their bodies.
